Cakes are approximately 4-1/4 x 6 x 1-1/2 inches and 4.0 ounces. All cakes are handmade in small batches.  While we try our best to create a uniform product there are some slight variations that occur with size and color.

Although the cake might make your mouth water it is not intended to be eaten.
